1. Travel Visa Services

Our visa services include Work Permit, Study Visa, and Tourist Visa applications. All service fees are charged for our consultation, application support, and processing assistance.

  • ✅ Consultation fees are non-refundable once your application process begins.
  • ✅ In case of visa rejection, service fees are not refundable.
  • ✅ Additional fees for document handling or express services may apply and are also non-refundable.

2. Investment Guidance Services

Our investment services provide professional guidance and access to investment opportunities. Clients manage their own funds independently.

  • ✅ Fees paid for investment guidance are non-refundable.
  • ✅ We do not handle client funds; all investment decisions and capital risks remain with the client.
  • ✅ Refunds will not be issued due to investment losses, delays, or client account management issues.

3. Copy Trading Access

Copy Trading allows clients to mirror our trades in their own broker accounts after paying a one-time access fee.

  • ✅ The access fee of $30 is non-refundable.
  • ✅ Clients remain in full control of their accounts and funds. We do not handle client capital.
  • ✅ Refunds are not issued for technical issues related to the broker platform or client account management.

4. General Refund Terms

  • ✅ All payments are considered final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • ✅ Refund requests must be submitted via our official support channels. Approval is at the discretion of JMM ENERGIES & METALS.
